Dates by ARRANGEMENT

The individual work / coaching includes the following modules:

  • “Check-in” with talk (about experiences and current state of health)
  • Information on the selected movement category or topic
  • Awareness-raising exercises for the current topic
  • Practical exploration of the topic with movement guidance (moving alone and/or moving together)
  • Movement observation and feedback
  • “Check-out” with a new perception on the (new) current state
